With an unstoppable backlash of Voter Power in 2010 the residents of Santa Rosa City
booted out Manuel Manoy Alipon, the most corrupt vice mayor in Sta. Rosa's history.
Luckily for our city residents the Santa Rosa SWAT TEAM know that the real face of
gangster Manuel Manoy Alipon is not the falsified artwork image he presents on his
propaganda tarpaulins and Facebook website to prevent the public from knowing
what he really looks like. If he is ever stupid enough to attempt another unlawful act
with his illegally armed staff, our city's SWAT Team will recognize him and them.

"People observe that corrupt Manuel Manoy Alipon is so inactive and reclusive since the voters boot him out of City Hall.
When he was 'Kap Manoy' of Barangay Balibago the city of Sta. Rosa was flooded with his fake smile on promotional
tarpaulins everywhere. Since then the floods have come from 'Ondoy', 'Pepeng' and other calamities, and the cowardly
Manoy Alipon hides away behind the unlicenced guns of illegally armed municipal employees. Why? Because he was
involved with illegal Laguna De Bay activities causing the unnecessary floods that made so many people homeless and
destitute. His entire working life consists of involvement with illegal activities that destroy the peoples' homes and God's
environment given to us all for responsible use and protection. God may forgive Manoy Alipon, but it is hard for humans
to see forgiveness in the faces of thousands of poor innocent children suffering from malnutrition and disease when the
funds allocated to help them are plundered and spent by Manuel Manoy Alipon to give his own children very expensive
educations. Manuel Manoy Gonzales Alipon, represents the worst and most destructive element in Philippine politics.
With no ethics and no morality, he demonstrates how easy it is for criminals to become rich in our society by entering
politics. He failed as seminarian. He failed as teacher. He failed as businessman. With God guiding our paths, it is our
Christian duty to ensure that Manuel Manoy Alipon fails as corrupt politician. Collectively we will elect his opponents."
