for himself and when investors refused to pay
his continuous extortions, he sent his gang
to rob them and shut down their businesses.

gave free training and wage-earning apprenticeships
so that workers could learn and develop skills to
earn more money for the support of their families.

Manuel Manoy Alipon wanted to keep workers

jobs and took away the livelihood of workers.

to continue robbing voters of barangay Balibago, what further extremes
will the middle-aged gangster Manuel Manoy Alipon go to next?

In a desperate attempt to hold on to power, his latest scam
is to manufacture a fake schoolboy image and dupe people
into voting for an artificial character who does not exist.

The computer generated image faked up for his propaganda
looks nothing like him. To resemble it he has cut his grey hair
shorter and dyed it brown. He has had a facelift to reduce his
middle-aged jowls and double chins. He now wears tinted
contact lenses instead of glasses. He has frequent vanity
facial scrubs and has fitted braces to his teeth. As a final
attempt to look younger than his 50 years he wears makeup.

Worst of all, Manuel Manoy Alipon blasphemously
claims to love Jesus when his adulteries, grafts,
corruptions, robberies and extortions prove daily
that he is disciple of Satan.

The evil middle-aged gangster is hiding
behind his campaign's schoolboy facemask.
Manuel Manoy Gonzales Alipon is the same
devil incarnate in a different disguise.


Caught in the act by cell-phone cameras,
Vice Mayor Alipon's scandalous adulteries
are irrefutable. The gory details, along with
documentary evidence of his corruptions and
immoralities are being shown discreetly to
voters by CACOMA's volunteers. This is in
response to church opinion that to display
on social websites would be unfair to the
innocent, including honest but misguided
members of his own family and honest but
misled and exploited staff and supporters
who were not themselves involved with any
of Manuel Manoy Alipon's corruptions and
immoralities. Alipon's cronies and spies
